Directions for Use For Everyone Familiar With This Product: Cut one gummy in half evenly.  Chew ½  of a  gummy thoroughly before swallowing. Do not exceed more than the recommended dosage. Effects from this product may be delayed up to two hours. Wait two hours before taking another serving. Do not consume more than one serving at a time. If it is your first time taking a Delta 8  product, we recommend starting with ¼ gummy until you become familiar with the effect of this product.
